VIMEC TRADING AND INVESTMENT JOINT-STOCK COMPANY – which precursor was Vietnam Medical Equipment Central No 2 Company – Ministry of Health, was founded in 1976. Since 2003, it transformed into Joint-Stock company with the name VIMEC Medical Equipment Corporation and later on renamed as VIMEC Trading Investment Corporation on July 01, 2010.
